WE ARE 100% ENERGY INDEPENDENT

Our production is energy efficient – CNC milling machines, woodworking and shaping machines, grinding machines, laser engraving and cutting machines, paint shop and handheld power tools. Energy prices and their significant impact on the final price of products have therefore motivated us to strive for energy independence. As a joinery company, we are also faced with the problem of large volumes of wood waste. Therefore, we decided to build a photovoltaic power plant, battery storage and thermal heating with wood waste from the production. ELECTRICITY FROM THE SUN

With a photovoltaic power plant, we can generate energy from the sun. The PV plant itself is oversized to more than double its capacity (200.7 kWp), making it economically viable even in poor solar conditions.

BATTERY STORAGE

The entire solar energy system is complemented by battery storage for consumption before and after dark, with excess energy sold to the grid. Full island operation, provided by the 142 kWh battery storage, thus allows a maximum output of 75 kW (3 x 110 A).

ELECTROMOBILITY

The electricity generated is also used in electromobility; for company purposes we have purchased a Mazda electric car, which we charge at our own station.

UTILIZATION OF WOOD WASTE

We have introduced a system for processing larger wood chips by shredding, self sufficient of wood chips, storage of waste for the summer months and their fully certified thermal treatment in a boiler.

THERMAL ENERGY

Thanks to the thermal treatment of wood waste in a 300 kW boiler
we generate enough heat energy for our company for the winter part of the year. We are therefore also fully self-sufficient in terms of heat.
