The entire process is quite complex, requiring close interconnection with 3D projection, CAD / CAM bridges, data imports, professionally designed machining programs, top quality tools and professional operation. This method is the only one possible to fully utilize the top four and five axis HOMAG machines. A great advantage is a wide range of workpiece sizes. We are able to machine parts with a length of 4,000 mm and a width of 2,000 mm.
